1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by Osme Spices (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Seller”) through its e-commerce website to its customers (hereinafter “you”, “customer”, “buyer”).

5. Delivery, Risk & Title

5.1 We will arrange delivery through logistics partners as per the delivery schedule on the Website.
5.2 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery (i.e. when you or your agent receives physical possession).
5.3 Title to the goods passes to you only upon full payment of the order price and any other sums due.

6. Inspection & Acceptance

6.1 You should inspect goods on delivery and immediately notify us of any damage, defect, missing items, or non-conformity.
6.2 If you fail to notify us within [e.g. 24 / 48] hours, the goods shall be deemed accepted.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.2 We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not comply with the conditions set in the Refund Policy.
