At Osme Spices, we ensure quality products. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please review our return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is defective

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened spice packages

  • Used products

  • Products returned after the return window

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Provide your order number and product photos

  2. Our team will review and guide you through the process

4. Refund Policy

Once the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our mistake.
