1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made via our e-commerce website from Osme Spices.

2. Return / Exchange Period

– You may request a return or exchange within [15 / 30] days from the date of delivery.
– Returns/exchanges beyond this period will be considered only under exceptional circumstances (e.g. manufacturing defect) at our discretion.

3. Conditions for Return / Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following must be true:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in the same condition as delivered, with all original packaging, seals, labels, etc.

  • The product should not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or any alteration by you.

  • You must provide the original order invoice, proof of purchase, and any relevant order number.

  • You should notify us of the return request with photo evidence (if possible) showing the defect or issue.

4. Initiation of Return / Refund

4.1 To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service at [email / phone] within the return period, providing order number, product details, reason, and photos (if applicable).
4.2 After verifying eligibility, we will issue a Return Authorization / RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide shipping instructions.
4.3 You must ship the product back to us using a reliable courier / logistics at your cost (unless otherwise authorized by us).
4.4 The return shipment must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.

5. Inspection & Refund / Exchange Processing

5.1 Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item.
5.2 If the item meets the return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within [7–14] business days.
5.3 Refund will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer as applicable (or as store credit, as mutually agreed).
5.4 Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item / defective product).
